Facilitation - Mediation - Parts Work

Zara helps people navigate conflict, change, and life's important conversations.

There’s rarely just one story. Every situation holds multiple perspectives — even within a single person — and my work is to help them become visible, so greater understanding can shape what comes next.

“I have one major rule: Everybody is right. More specifically, everybody…has some important pieces of truth, and all of those pieces need to be honored, cherished and included in a more gracious, spacious, and compassionate embrace."   -Ken Wilber

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

- Clarissa Pinkola Estes
