Develop trust in yourself and resilience in the face of conflict, and find new ways to resolution. Generate outcomes that strengthen and deepen relationships. Re-discover play and imagination so that you can find creative solutions to life's challenges.
I believe that we each hold the answers to our own healing and by doing this work in ourselves and personal relationships, we are ultimately doing this work for the whole world. I have witnessed first hand that changing how we communicate can impact the outcome of an exchange even more the what we say.
I have been studying the intricacies of communication and conflict since 2008. I have a Bachelors in Communication, experience in social work and three certifications in conflict resolutions, group facilitation and mediation. I’ve practiced a variety of communication methods in my own relationships, social circles and professionally with my team as a manager and with my clients as a business owner.
In 2010 I developed my unique method of parts work which I call “Identity Work”...

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
- Clarissa Pinkola Estes
